    HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

    Shipping Information - USA

    To qualify for free domestic shipping, orders must reach $45 (excluding taxes and after discount has been applied).

    USPS is the dedicated shipping method for all orders shipping to a P.O box verified address. Fedex will not process P.O box shipments at this time.

    To qualify for free international shipping, orders must reach $75 (after discount has been applied).

    Please note that orders shipped internationally may be subject to duties and customs fee upon receipt. Jouer Cosmetics is not responsible for these additional fees as they are the responsibility of the recipient.  We recommend to contact your customs office to determine what these additional costs may be.

    DO YOU SHIP TO THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS?

    We are unable to complete processing on orders attempting to ship to Third Party Carrier Services, as we have no way to ensure delivery, nor remain updated on Tracking information once this shipment has been handed off to another party.  For more information, please contact our team at customerservice@jouercosmetics.com.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

    Orders received Monday through Friday are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 10:00 am PST on Fridays or during special promotions and new product launches may experience longer processing times (Monday through Friday).

    I DID NOT RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION YET

    Please allow up to 1-3 business days to receive an email with tracking information. To ensure you receive your email, please add tracking@jouercosmetics.com to your mail client to prevent it from going into your spam folder.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    If you are not completely satisfied with your Jouercosmetics.com purchase, please return the gently used product(s) for a refund within 30 days of the delivery. Please note, we deduct the return shipping label cost from the refund amount. Products purchased with store credit, gift card, or e-gift card will receive the return in the form of a Jouercosmetics.com store credit.  Jouer Cosmetics only accepts returns on items purchased from Jouercosmetics.com.  At this time, we do not have an exchange policy.  

    Our return policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time.

    “Kiss'em Goodbye” items are not eligible for return or exchange and are FINAL SALE.  Items purchased at a discounted rate greater than or equal to 50% are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit. 

    Your return will be processed and your account credited the amount at the time of purchase within 10 to 15 business days from the day your return is received to 19801 Nordhoff Pl #111 Chatsworth CA 91311. Jouer does not refund, or pay for return shipping. 

    Bundle Returns and Exchanges

    If purchasing a bundle, please note: ALL items must be returned for a full refund (excluding free gift with purchase).

    Please note: We're more than happy to offer one complimentary shade exchange with your original order in hopes to find your perfect match!

    If you are not satisfied with your shade exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can go forward with next steps. 

    WHERE DO I SEND RETURNS?

    MANAGE & TRACK ORDERS
    • Order Processing
      • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt.
      • Orders placed on Friday after 10:00AM PST, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following business week.
      • All orders are subject to review prior to shipment
      • All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing
      • Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.  
    • Modified Orders
      • Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the order (add/remove products, change shades, etc.)
    • Order Cancelation
      • Once an order has been placed and paid for, Jouer Cosmetics is unable to cancel orders.  Once you receive your items, you may proceed with a standard return.
    • Track Orders
      • You can track the status of your order by logging into your Jouer account.
      • Once orders have left our warehouse, the package is in the care of the postal handler. At this point, Jouer can no longer make any adjustments regarding the package.

          • USPS delivery times are not guaranteed because the volume of mail fluctuates daily. All deliveries should be made by 5PM local time (unless there are unusual circumstances).
    • Lost Packages
      • Both USPS and Fedex recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost.
      • After 14 days please contact their customer service to find any additional information

      • After contacting your appropriate shipping service, you can contact the Jouer customer service by email or phone to further look into your order.
