Shopping at Jouer Cosmetics online is easy, convenient and secure.

step one: play with Jouer

Click on the category of makeup you are looking for at the top of the page ("lips", "eyes", "all over" etc.), and you will be able to play with Jouer colors and create makeovers on our models. Click on the product you like, and you will be taken to a page where you can add the item to your Shopping Bag.

step two: add to shopping bag

In the box located below the product price, type in the quantity you wish to purchase. Click "Add to Bag", which will place the product you selected in the desired quantity into your shopping bag. You can continue adding items to your bag until you’re ready to make your purchase.

At any time during your shopping you can review the items placed in your Shopping Bag by clicking "Shopping Bag" at the top of each page.

step three: checkout

When you've completed shopping, review your Shopping Bag to ensure that the items and quantities are correct, then click "Checkout".

You will first be taken to a "Sign In" page. If you are a returning customer, you will be asked to enter your email address and password so Jouer can retrieve your account information. If you are a new customer, you will have the opportunity to create an account instantly when you check out.

Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. If you change your mind about the products you placed in your shopping bag, you may change it during checkout prior to clicking "Submit Order". After your order successfully has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed with your order number and details about your purchase. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted.

selecting colors online and technical considerations:

All images of Jouer products have been optimized to look their best on a variety of different platforms, browsers and monitors. Because settings on individual monitors vary, it is sometimes difficult for us to show the exact color(s) of each item.

For best results, set your monitor to a resolution of 800 x 600 or higher (1024 x 768, etc.) with a color setting of "High" (16-bit) or "True" (24-bit). This site is best viewed with Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. Please feel free to email Jouer with questions about specific colors, and we’ll be happy to provide you with any additional information. Please be sure that JavaScript and Cookies are enabled; both are required to complete online transactions.
